Snow-Covered Backyard

Sometimes, you just don’t think about gardening, especially during the winter months when your yard may be covered with snow. But, at any time of the year, there is always something you can be doing in your garden. And, if you keep plants indoors too, there is definitely always something going on!

Whether you are just getting interested in gardening, or have been an amateur gardener for quite some time, our goal is to help you keep your garden growing better and better each year. If you just stick to houseplants, don’t worry, we’ll have content for you too!

If it’s currently winter where you live, now is a great time to start learning about gardening. You don’t want to start in the middle of summer when it may be too late to start planning the plants you want to grow! The early season begins in just a few weeks, when you can start sowing seeds indoors to give your plants an early start when warm weather finally arrives.

We thank you for visiting our new site today, and hope you will continue to return as we cover gardening basics, organic gardening and other topics in the days ahead.

Happy growing!

Love that photo. It’s got great texture and color with those bumps in the foreground.
